I called TN Property Solutions about servicing my HVAC system and when they came out, they informed me that my system was ... 19 years old. They told me it probably wouldn’t last the summer which it didn’t. I called two or so months later and they remembered me. I told them my unit was out and they were able to replace it not even 48 hours later. I only received one other quote which was far more expensive than what TNPS quoted me, which I was very happy with.

Ben is the absolute best. He came out to our house on Labor Day to give us a second opinion on a prior quote we received ... for $1700! Ben did the repair for $450. He is prompt, fair and honest. We will be using TN property solutions for all further services and repairs.
